Access control requirements for residential centers are more complex than the ones for installations at individual blocks of flats or houses. Thus, in the case of residential centers, beside videointercoms and intercoms for blocks of flats and houses, ELECTRA offers also consultancy and personalised solutions according to the specificity and the requirements of each residential center.

The advantages offered by ELECTRA products for residential centers:

Total access control by proximity card in the perimeter of the residential center, in certain areas inside it  (parking, swimming pool, etc.) and in each building.
Each resident may be called from the general entrance in the residential center.
Each resident can visualize on the video monitor from interior the entry in the residential center, the entry in the block or the villa in which he lives, the parking, the pool, etc.
The gatekeepers have the possibility to communicate with each resident and to survey the entire perimeter.
Flexibility: the communication between the general entry panel and every apartment/interior from the residential center does not affect the use of the intercoms from the other buildings.
Parallel connection of the entry panels for blocks of flats and villas.
Interconnection of the entry panels with external video cameras.
